Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please provide a video of the parcel opening and photos of the labels, as we can’t accept claims without proof.

Refunds
We’re committed to making things right for you. While we typically don’t offer refunds, but we understand that some situations may require special consideration. If an exchange or other solution isn’t possible, we’ll gladly issue a refund.
