You can request a return within 16 hours of receiving your parcel. To ensure a smooth process, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please provide a video of opening the parcel and photos of the labels, as we can’t accept claims without proof.

Refunds
We’re committed to making things right for you. While we typically don’t offer refunds, we understand that some situations may require special consideration. If an exchange or other solution isn’t possible, we’ll gladly issue a refund.
